So I ended up only doing 150 situps today. I really wanted to lift a bit. Ive been lifting more than usual and one of my coworkers actually pointed my arms out today. Threw me off cause I havent even noticed much difference. Meh. My main areas of concern is my chest and love handles. They jusy dont go away. Trying to find some work out stuff to build my chest.
Then for breakfast I had so Deviled Eggs >:) I promised myself I wasnt going to eat too much today, but ended up once again pigging out at work.. ugh Im so fat.
